Art and science

Since 2005, artists and scientists have been collaborating together on innovative artistic projects that forge unique possibilities of communicating science. The hub of this creative activity is the EURAC tower, built in 1937 by the architects of Europe’s fascist era. Thanks to the project  "Journeys Between Art and Science”, the tower has changed vocations and is now a cultural platform accessible to the whole city. The genesis of this initiative was a three-year collaboration with the Museion Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art. Currently, EURAC is working on a new project in collaboration with the Teatro Comunale di Bolzano in time for the Bolzano Danza festival.
